My name is Rachel, GOM of AlwaysThe7 Group Orders. My pronouns are she/her

~I will be hosting occasional BTS / K-pop group orders and proxy orders through AlwaysThe7 GO
~I live in the Midwest USA in a smoke-free and pet-free home.
~AlwaysThe7 GO can ship worldwide. Recipient is responsible for paying shipping costs as well as any customs or tax charges

Group Order Process:
1. You submit order form and payment for item(s) (order form will detail payment process)
2. I place order
3. Order is shipped to me (either direct to me in USA or my Korean or Japan proxy address then EMS shipping to me in USA - order form will specify where order is shipped to first)
4. EMS (international shipping to me) will be split evenly among the number of items ordered (the more items ordered - the cheaper international shipping will be)
* NOTE: I might collect EMS before shipping to me, or I might include it with domestic shipping quote as final payment - I will update each GO on when EMS payment will be due
5. I receive order and sort for each GO joiner
6. I send domestic shipping quote (including any tariffs and carrier fees charged when importing items into USA) and you pay final payment of shipping costs
7. I pack and ship your order to youI may charge a small supplies fee to cover shipping materials - this will be noted on GO form or in communications about shipping fees. I will try to let you know as early as possible if I need to add a supplies feeGOs may take many months to complete - depending on release schedule, made to order items, shipping times, etc.
I will provide updates on my GO socials and with the hashtag #alwaysthe7goYou can DM me or send an email to [email protected] at any time with questions or concerns and I will try to answer as soon as possible.
-I will inform joiners if I will be slower at communication for any reason-Please keep in mind some parts of the process may go slowly because of time zones, business hours, language differences, shipping delays, and other life obligations - on the part of me, the sellers, and the shipping proxy.I appreciate your patience and understanding.
Submitting a group order form means you have read and accept all conditions explained in the form.
Please make sure you put the correct note in payment notes (stated in invoice email and at the bottom of the invoice by payment information)Using notes other than those specified might cause my accounts to be closed. Thank you for your cooperation.
If you do not respond to invoice emails requesting payment in a timely manner, I reserve the right to cancel your order and reclaim items that are already ordered/in my possession without refunding any payments previously made.
